Paneer Chilli

Paneer Chilli
Preparation Time             : 15 mins
Cooking Time:                   : 15 mins
Serves                                  : 4          

Ingredients                        : 
·         200 gms Paneer
·         Green, Red Bell Pepper (half each)  - diced into cubes
·         1 Large Onion (diced into cubes )
·         Oil to deep fry
·         3-4 green chilies
·         5-6 garlic cloves cut into small pieces
·         1 tsp of grated ginger
·         2 spoons of All Purpose Flour (Maida)
·         1 spoon of Corn Starch
·         ½ tsp of black pepper powder
·         Some water to make a paste
·         1 tsp of soya sauce
·         1 tsp of green chilli or red chilli sauce
·         ½ tsp of vinegar             
.     Salt to taste    

How to prepare:

For Frying Paneer :
-          In a Bowl mix all-purpose flour, corn starch , salt, black pepper powder and add little water just to make a smooth paste (add around 5-6 tsp of water) and mix well.
-          Heat oil in a nonstick pan on a medium high flame
-          Coat the paneer into the paste and deep fry them till they turn golden brown.
-          Note : Put the flame on medium high so the paneer is fried golden brown , crisp.
-          Remove the Paneer and keep them aside

How to make Paneer Chilli
-          Slice the green chilies into halves ,Cut the garlic cloves into small pieces and grate ginger
-          Take a flat Bottom Pan add 2 spoons of Oil and let the flame be on medium high  
-          Add chillis, garlic cloves, ginger and sauté
-          Add Onions and sauté , add Bell Peppers and sauté
-          Note : Don’t put the flame on low or the vegetables will start leaving water
-          Now add salt (ajinomoto or normal). I prefer normal salt
-          Add Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Chilli Sauce

-          Add fried Paneer and mix everything well and serve hot
