Vrat Recipe - Peanut Jaggery Ladoos / Chikkis

Preparation Time : 10 mins 

Cooking Time      : 5 mins 

Ingredients 
- 2 tsp of ghee 
- 1/2 cup of jaggery diced into small pieces 
- 1/2 cup of Roasted Peanut crush 

How to prepare : 

Add 2 tsp of ghee and heat in a nonstick pan or Kadhai 
- Once the ghee is warm enough add jaggery to it and on a medium low flame mix ghee      and jaggery. 
- Keep roasting and you will see the jaggery melting in ghee. Keep roasting frequently so     no lumps are formed. 
- Roast for 2 mins or once jaggery melts completely. 
- Off the flame and add the Peanut crush and mix everything 
- Once the mixture is cool enough to touch you can form ladoos 
- You can also make chikkis by spreading the warm mixture on the plate greased with ghee   and cut them in square.
