Cut all the veggies in small pieces. Make sure you make the pieces as small as possible as this will make the bhaji more tasty and easy to crush. Wash the veggies and keep it aside.
In a pressure cooker add butter now saute the ginger-garlic-chilli paste till the raw aroma of the spice is gone. Now add onions till they turn pink / brown. Add Bell pepper and saute now add tomatoes and add 1 spoon of salt and cook till the tomatoes are soft and cooked. Time to add rest of the veggies add little water , pav bhaji masala , red chilli powder and add Beetroot as shown in the picture. Beetroot can also be crushed with the Cheese Cutter and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles. Open the lid once it cools and now u may see bhaji little watery. Crush it with Crusher and let it cook on medium flame till it turns thick. At this point you can mix it well and taste it and add the masalas as per your taste.
Serve it hot with Pav and enjoy !
