Serves : 2-4
Ingredients -
1 cup vermecilli semiya
2 tsp ghee
5 cups of Milk
1/2 cup sugar (if you like more sweet you can add more sugar)
Dryfruit (Cashew and Raisins)
How to prepare :
- In a nonstick wok take 2 tsp of ghee
- Add vermecilli and roast it for about 4-5 mins or till it turns golden brown
- Remove it from the Wok and keep aside
- In the same wok add cashews and raisins and roast for about a minute and remove them too.
- Boil milk in a wok on a medium high flame.
- Let the milk boil till it gets thick and you may see the color changing to creamish.
- Keep stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick at the bottom and on the sides of the wok
- Once the milk is thick enough add sugar, cardamom powder and stir again.
- Add roasted Vermecilli and dryfruits
- Serve hot / chilled
