Vrat Recipe - Rajgara Sago Balls

Time To Prepare : 20 mins
Serves : 6 Round Medium Size balls
Ingredients:
·         1 cup Rajgara Flour (Amaranth Flour)4 spoons of Sago (Soaked)
·         ½ cup coconut powder
·         2 boiled potatoes
·         Chilli paste
·         ½ spoon of oil,
·         2 spoons of water
·         Fasting salt (rock salt – Sendha Namak) and sugar to taste
·         ½ lemon to squeeze
·         Oil to fry

How to Prepare :
·         In a bowl take 1 cup of amaranth flour (rajgara flour)
·         Add sugar and salt (as per taste) and mix well
·         Add Boiled and Mashed potatoes
·         Drain water from Sago (sabudana) and add them to this mixture
·         Mix everthing well and kneed a dough and keep aside for 10 mins
·         Heat oil in a Kadhai ( make sure the oil is hot) as rajgara flour absorbs a lot of amount of oil so fry them in hot oil.
·         Crispy balls are ready to serve.
