Multigrain Atte ka Sheera / Halwa

Multigrain atte ka sheera.. 
Preparation Time: 10 minutes 
Cooking Time: 30 minutes 

Serves : 2-4 



Ingredients: 
  • 1/2 cup Multigrain flour ( have used swad Multigrain flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1/2 cup melted ghee 
  • 1/2 tsp cardamon powder
  • Few cashews ,almonds ,pistachios chopped or powdered, any dryfruit of your choice.
How to prepare : 


  • Heat ghee in a nonstick pan or a wok
  • Once the ghee is melted add Multigrain flour and saute on a medium flame for about 8 to 10 minutes or till the ghee starts separating corner of the pan. The color of the flour will also turn little brownish.
  • Add water and mix well . Once the water starts getting absorbed add sugar and cardamon powder and mix everything nicely. 
  • Let it get cooked a medium low flame for 10 minutes. Add dryfruits of your choice and pistachio powder to decorate and serve hot.
