Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Multigrain flour ( have used swad Multigrain flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup melted ghee
- 1/2 tsp cardamon powder
- Few cashews ,almonds ,pistachios chopped or powdered, any dryfruit of your choice.
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan or a wok
- Once the ghee is melted add Multigrain flour and saute on a medium flame for about 8 to 10 minutes or till the ghee starts separating corner of the pan. The color of the flour will also turn little brownish.
- Add water and mix well . Once the water starts getting absorbed add sugar and cardamon powder and mix everything nicely.
- Let it get cooked a medium low flame for 10 minutes. Add dryfruits of your choice and pistachio powder to decorate and serve hot.
