Poori recipe

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 10-15 minutes 
Serves 2 to 4 

Ingredients : 
2 cup of whole wheat flour 
water to kneed dough 
1 to 2 tsp of semolina 
3 tsp of oil for kneeding 
salt to taste 
oil to fry puris 


How to prepare : 
In a mixing bowl add flour, semolina (rava) ,oil , salt and mix nicely till the oil gets properly mixed in the flour. 
Add little little water at a time and start kneading dough. 
Puris dough should be semisoft. 
Semolina is added for puris to fluff and the fluff remains for sometimes even after the pooris dont remain hot. 
Heat the oil (oil should be enough for the pooris to fry) 
Keep the flame on a medium high so pooris dont absorb much oil and are fried fast and fluffy. 
Serve hot with Kheer , Bhajis, Chole.
