Here comes the yummiest best out of lefts ..... Rice Cutlets.. So now when you have cooked rice left get happy as something delicious is coming your way !!

Ingredients for cutlet :
- 1 cup cooked rice (fresh or leftover)
- 1/2 cup gram flour (Besan)
- 1 /3 cup curd
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 lemon to squeeze (optional)
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2-3 green red chilis cut into small pieces
- few corriander leaves cut.
- 3 spoons of Soaked Flattened Rice (Poha) - Optional
For Coating and Frying
1/2 cup of semolina to coat the pattice from both the sides
2 spoon of oil for pan frying the cutlet
How to prepare :
Mix all the above ingredients mentioned for Ingredients for Cutlet in a mixing bowl.
Taste the mix and see if everything is proper.
If you find the batter too watery add little besan again as curd leave water.
Heat a nonstick pan and brush it with oil
Form a cutlet round flat shape patty and coat it in semolina and put it on nonstick pan for frying from both the sides.
Fry till both the sides get golden brown.
Serve it with Chutney and Ketchup
