Serves - 12-15 pieces

Ingredients :
  • Brown Bread or White Bread Slices
  • 2 cups of mix vegetables (carrots, sweet corn, green peas, green capsicum, onion)
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 1 tsp of chili flakes
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tbsp of red chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp of coriander cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp of garam masala or pav bhaji masala
  • some semolina to coat the pattice (you can even completely skip this step or use corn flour instead of semolina)
  • 1 tsp + more olive oil to shallow fry the cutlets. 1 tsp of olive oil for each cutlet
How to prepare :
  • Lets start by cutting the bread slices into round cutlet with the help of any sharp round lid or cup. I have used a lid of plastic box to cut my cutlets. Do it for all the bread slices and keep them aside.
  • For the stuffing boil and mash one potato, crumble the paneer, cut the capsicum, onion, carrots into small pieces, add green peas and corn to it. This is total 2 cups of mix vegetables.
  • Heat 1 tsp of olive oil and on a medium high flamle add onions, capsicum to it and saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Add carrots, peas, corn to it and saute again.
  • Add salt and mix and saute for 2 more minutes.
  • Do not overcook the vegatables and keep them little crunchy.
  • Add potato and paneer and mix well.
  • Add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder, garam masala, red chili flakes, oregano, lemon juice and mix well.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and add some olive oil to it.
  • Add the veggie stuffing to one round slice bread and cover it with another round slice
  • Coat it with semoilina and put it on a pan and shallow fry till golden brown.
  • Serve it with ketchups or chutneys.
  • Crunchy Crispy mouth watering starter is ready to serve and rock your parties
