Paneer Kathi Rolls or Roti Wraps :)
The Stuffing can be of Paneer or Potatoes with spices.
Lets start with the ingredients.
Ingredients :
Preparation Time : 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4
- 4-5 Fresh rolled rotis or Chapatis (Wheat Flour Rotis)
- 250 gms paneer diced
- 1 capcisum chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 -3 green chillis
- chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 1/2 tsp of coriander cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp of red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- pinch of sugar
- some green chutney
- 2 tsp of Oil
- 1 tsp of cumin seeds
For more add-ons to stuffing for each wrap :
How to Prepare Paneer Stuffing:
- Heat oil in a Pan add cumin seeds, green chilis, ginger-garlic paste, onion and saute till they become translucent, add tomatoes till they are soft.
- Add Capscisum and saute.
- Add salt, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder,
- Lemon Juice and
- Coriander leaves and mix well.
- Paneer Filling is ready
How to prepare Kathi Rolls (as shown in the picture) :
- Take 1 roti or chapati add 1 tsp of green chutney on 1 part of the rotis
- Add grated cheese
- Add Paneer Filling
- Add sliced onions
- Add more grated cheese and roll the rotis tight and lock it with toothpick
- Heat tawa or nonstick pan and heat the roll for a minute
- Serve it with tomato ketchup
The delicious roti wrap or Kathi Rolls are ready to eat.
