Palak Paneer Paratha
Paratha Dough kneaded in Spinach Puree and filled with paneer coated with loads more ingredients.
Tiffin Recipe / Quick Snacks / Dinners and even for kids to have a green color paratha.

Serves : 4
Ingredients :
- 2 cup Wheat flour
- 2 cups of Spinach or Palak Leaves (Steamed and Grinded in Puree)
- grated Paneer 250 gms (or as per the quanity)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste or grated ginger garlic
- 1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp carrom seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Note (you can add all the above seeds or any one of this)
- 1/2 tsp of corriander powder 5-7 whole coriander seeds
- 1/2 tsp of red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of garam masala
- 1/2 lemon to squeeze in paneer stuffing
- salt to taste
- pinch of sugar to taste
- Some Oil / Ghee for Kneading and applying on Parathas or u can also use butter.
- Heat some water in a bowl add washed Spinach Leaves and let it steam for 4-5 minutes. Remove it and grind the leaves with 1 green chili and garlic.
- Knead the Paratha dough with 2 spoons of oil, caarrom seeds, sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp of salt and Spinach Puree and and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- In a Mixing Bowl add grated paneer, ginger-garlic paste, 2-3 green chilies chopped into small pieces, chopped onion, capsicum and add salt and mix well. Add garam masala, coriander cumin powder, red chili powder, Squeeze some lemon juice and add a pinch of sugar and mix well.
- Divide kneaded dough into equal 6-8 balls and start rolling it round in form of paratha.
- Fill the Paneer stuffing in it and cook it from both the sides on Nonstick Tawa or Pan while adding a drop of oil or ghee or butter.
- Serve hot with ketchups, chutneys, yogurts or Have them with Tea.
