Ingredients :
• 2 cups of Ladoo Besan Flour ( I used Swad Ladu Besan Flour)
• 4 cups of Sugar
• 3-4 big spoons of ghee
• Cardamom powder ½ spoon
• Charoli or Chironji seeds to decorate on top of each piece
• 2 cups of Ladoo Besan Flour ( I used Swad Ladu Besan Flour)

How to prepare :
In a Nonstick Pan add ghee
Once the ghee is little hot add Besan and start roasting it until the color of the besan turns little golden and the raw smell of besan disappears.
Keep roasting for some time till the ghee is separated from the corners of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture on it.
Once it is slightly cool start cutting it into the shape of your choice.
You can cut them in diamonds or square or even form round balls (Ladoos).
You can now put 2 piece of charoli seeds on each piece.
Remove it from the plate and serve.
