Ingredients :
• 2 cups of Ladoo Besan Flour ( I used Swad Ladu Besan Flour)
• 1.5 cups of Sugar
• 3-4 big spoons of ghee
• Cardamom powder ½ spoon
• Cashews and Raisins
How to prepare :
In a Nonstick Pan add ghee

In a Nonstick Pan add ghee
Once the ghee is little hot add Besan and start roasting it until the color of the besan turns little golden and the raw smell of besan disappears.
Keep roasting for some time till the ghee is separated from the corners of the pan.
It may take around 20 mins for the mixture to give the smooth texture
Add cardamom powder and cashews and mix well.
Once the mixture is slightly cool form add sugar and mix well.
Form round balls (Ladoos) and add raisin on top of each ladoo
