Dryfruit Sheera

Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 30 mins
Serves : 2-4

Ingredients -
1 cup semolina (rava) 
4 tsp ghee
1 cup of milk / water 
1 cup sugar (if you like more sweet  you can add more sugar)           Pinch of Cardamon powder
Dryfruit (Cashew, Raisins, Almonds)

How to prepare :

- In a nonstick wok take 2 tsp of ghee
- Add semolina (rava) and roast it till it turns golden brown and ghee starts leaving the corners of the wok. 
- Add milk and mix it , stirr it on a medium high flame till the milk starts absorbing. 
Keep stirring occasionally so it doesn't stick at the bottom and on the sides of the wok
- Add sugar, cardamom powder and stir again.
- Serve hot.
