Dryfruit Srikhand

Preparation Time : 30 mins 
Churning and Freezing Time : 5 - 6 hours 
Ingredients      : 
1 cup Plain Yogurt or Greek Yogurt  
2 cups of powered sugar 
pinch of cardamon powder 
dry fruits of your choice. I have used pistachios and saffron. 

How to prepare : 
In a muslin cloth take yogurt squeeze the excess water by tying the corner of the clothes together and squeezing the water out of it.. 
Hang the curd for 1/2 an hour. 
Remove it in a container and refrigerate it for 10 mins. 
Remove it and churn it till it gets smooth 
Add powdered sugar , cardamon powder and churn it again. 
Add dry fruits and refrigerate for a day. 
A thick creamy yummy srikhand t is ready to eat
