In a Pan or kadhai add a teaspoon of oil or ghee and add jeera and ginger garlic paste. Now cut the onion and tomato and fry till they are little soft but not much mushy. Add french beans and carrots and fry on a medium fast flame so they are not too watery. Add red chilli powder, cardamom powder and little curd or sour cream to it and salt and pinch of sugar as per taste.
For Green Vegetable : 1 Cup of Crush Boiled Green Peas, Cardamom Powder
Crush the boiled green peas and fry them in a pan alongwith pinch of salt sugar , jeera powder and cardamom powder.
Now spread the White Rice evenly in a big flat bowl and on the upper most portion spread the orange veggie, let the middle portion be white and the lower with green veggie.
I have put bisleri bottle top as ashoka chakra Choice is completely yours to put it or no.
Have it plain as the flavor of veggies will enhance the taste or with curd or curry.
Happy Independence Day in Advance Friends !!!
