Coconut Chutney

Preparation Time 10 minutes
Cooking Time :  10 minutes 
Serves : 2- 4 

Ingredients : 

1 1/2 cup grated coconut (fresh) or desicatted powder 
1/2 cup curd 
4-5 green chilis for grinding 
salt to taste 
sugar to taste 
1 tsp of mustard seeds 
1 tsp of urad dal 
1 tsp of oil 
8-10 curry leaves 
2 green chilis for tempering 

How to prepare : 
In a Grinder grind coconut or coconut powder alongwith green chilis, curd, salt. 
Heat a tsp of oil for tempering chutney 
Add Mustard seeds, urad dal , curry leaves and green chilis and once it splutter add it to chutney 
Add little sugar (optional) and corriander leaves (optional). 

This is a quickest way to  make chutney.
