Masala Dosa Aloo Sabzi

Preparation Time : 10 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes
Serves : 2 -4

Ingredients :
  • 5 large potatoes boiled and peeled and cut into cubes 
  • 1 onion cut into long pieces 
  • 2-3 green chilies 
  • 5-6 curry leaves 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal 
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 
  • 1 tsp of oil to temper 

How to prepare : 


  • Heat oil in a wok , add mustard seeds, urad dal and let it splutter
  • Let the urad dal turn little brown. 
  • You may add ginger and garlic (optional) but i have not added it 
  • It will enhance the flavour.  
  • Add chilis, curry leave and saute on a medium low flame 
  • Add onions and let it turn pink. 
  • Add turmeric powder and saute and add boiled peeled cubed potatoes
  • Add salt and mix well 
  • Add coriander leaves (optional) 
  •  Serve it with dosa , chutney and sambar
