- 1 avocado
- 1 medium size onion diced
- 1 medium size tomato diced
- 2 garlic cloves (optional)
- 1/2 lemon
- few cilantro leaves
- salt to taste
How to Prepare :
- Cut the avocado into half and with the help of spoon remove it
- In a mixing bowl cut the avacodo and smash it with the help of a fork
- Add onion, tomato, garlic cloves,salt , cilantro, squeeze lemon and mix it well
- Serve it with tortilla chips / veggies / or even have it with parathas or theplas.
