Khichya Papad Corn Salad Chaat

This ultimate chaat is inspired by the khicha papad street chaat.

I started by making a corn bhel and ended making this khicha papad chaat :) Innovative :) 


Preparation Time : 15 minutes 
Cooking Time : 10 minutes 
Serves 2 

Ingredients : 

  • Boiled sweet corn kernels 2 cups 
  • 1 cucumber chopped into small pieces 
  • 2 tomatoes chopped into small pieces
  • 1 onion chopped into small pieces 
  • mint coriander chuntney 
  • dates tamarind chutney 
  • 1/2 cup of nylon sev 
  • 5-7 fried or roasted khichya papad. I microwaved it for 30 seconds and they were done. Without oil or anything. 
  • salt and chaat masala to sprinkle 
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice 
  • guacamole (optional) 
How to prepare : 

  • In a mixing bowl add boiled sweet corns and add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice and mix well. 
  • Add tomatoes, cucumber, onions and mix again gently. 
  • Add chutneys and mix. 
  • Take roasted / fried khichya papad and add the sweet corn bhel chaat on it and now add sev on it. 
  • You can also add more chutney as per your taste or guacamole. 
  • Enjoy this healthy yummy chaat with zero oil.
